Roof design
The design of roof either flat, pitch, semi pitch, these all will influence the productivity of PV panel. The best design that will give a higher productivity of PV panel must be the one that didn’t give a shade because shade will slow the productivity of the PV panel. However, the quality of the roof is essential- it should be in good condition and with homogeneous surface; commonly pitch is the best.
The slope of the roof is one of the factors that influence the productivity of PV panel. For example, if they have the same design of pitch roof but using different tilt angle, it will give different value of electric power productivity. Panel efficiency doesn’t change much if the panels are oriented within +/- 10 degrees of the south or +/- 5 degree of the optimal angle.
